design and Implementation of an Exam timer box using android platform or windows

this is a safety box use in the exam hall. The invigilator will enter a password that will enable he/her to open the box set the time that the exam will stop when the time reach, everybody will start submitting he/her paper, otherwise the box will close ones the time is due. When ever you want to open the box, you enter the password.
