This project is about the impact of job satisfaction on the level of performance. The relationship between job satisfaction and job performance was established hence looked into other factors that could lead to productivity. Job satisfaction has been so important and badly needed in business organisation that a number of studies have been made over the years to find out what job factors are most important to them in terms of job satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
