design and Construction of Electronic sign-board

This project is the modification of a signboard the information it has is not fixed, all the information is moving for people passing by to read, this work is capable of display many information depending on the information you want to display. But the information that is displaying is fixed and cannot be changed unless the processor is reprogrammed and the information being displayed can only be in one colour, either red or green or yellow or blue etc.
